CUBC Future Events
We run a number of clean-up events each year with the Blandford Stour Rotary and the Dorset Rangers. Public Liability is provided, as well as all equipment. Our next events in monthly order are:
CUBC 'Big Blandford Clean Up': Sat 12 May 2012, a repeat of the very successful with the Stour Valley Canoe Club and other clubs from Blandford Forum and Blandford St Mary. Meet at the Marsh and Ham Car Park @ 09.50 am for no more than 2 hours. Part of “The Big Tidy Up”. We would like as many as possible to join us. In 2011 approximately 80 people collected 105 bags, 6 trolleys and other assorted items from around the area, including the river.
Jubilee Picnic: On Sun 3 June 2012 CUBC will be supporting the Picnic on the Marsh & Ham Meadow by collecting litter during the event.

CUBC Clean-up Day: Sat 15 Sep 2012 @ 10.00 am. Meet at the Parish Church - in the Market Square. Part of “The Big Tidy Up”. In 2011, 25 people collected 35 bags.
Blandford Yuletide Festival Clean Up: Wed 12 Dec 2012 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Any volunteers welcome to support this community event.
