CUBC Future Events
We run a number of clean-up events each year with the Blandford Stour Rotary, the Dorset Rangers, other local groups an individuals. Public Liability is provided, as well as all equipment. Our next events in monthly order are:
Blandford's Rotary Climate Week Clean Up: Sat 8 Mar 14. The Rotary Clubs of Blandford will be supported by CUBC and do a clean up of the trailway from Damory St to the Milldown in Blandford Forum. http://www.climateweek.com/find-an-event/.
CUBC 'Big Blandford Clean Up': Sat 17 May 2014, a repeat of the very successful with the Stour Valley Canoe Club and other clubs from Blandford Forum and Blandford St Mary. Meet at the Marsh and Ham Car Park @ 09.50 am for no more than 2 hours. Part of “The Big Tidy Up”. We would like as many as possible to join us. In 2012 approximately 30 people collected 30 bags and other assorted items from around the area, including the river.

CUBC Clean-up Day: Sat 22 Sep 2013 @ 10.00 am. Meet at the Parish Church - in the Market Square. Part of “The Big Tidy Up”. In 2012, 10 people collected 10 bags.
Blandford Yuletide Festival Clean Up: Wed 17 Dec 2013 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Any volunteers welcome to support this community event. Meet at the Parish Church.
